Hi, I’m Terry Shelton, founder of NCURAG and a travel professional with more than 10 years of experience helping individuals, families, and groups explore the world.

As a husband, dad, and longtime technology professional, I understand how easily work and everyday responsibilities can fill the calendar. The trips we want to take become “maybe next year.” Before long, we’ve spent more time talking about those experiences than actually enjoying them.

I believe there’s still time to change that.

That belief is at the heart of NCURAG: encouraging people to create a richer, more meaningful life, especially as they navigate life after 40. Travel is one way to do that. It gives us room to reconnect, discover something new, celebrate how far we’ve come, and imagine what’s next.

My experience includes more than 20 cruises, multiple land tours, and plenty of golf vacations. Combined with extensive vendor training and industry education, those firsthand experiences help me guide you through the choices that can make a real difference to your trip.

Some of my favorites include Hawaii, Sandals and Beaches resorts, Disney Cruise Line, and Carnival cruises. But your journey should reflect what matters to you: a relaxing escape for two, a multigenerational family adventure, a group celebration, or a destination you’ve dreamed about for years.

My approach starts with listening. What do you want to experience? Who are you sharing it with? What pace, budget, and level of planning support feel right? From there, I help you explore options and understand the tradeoffs, so you can make decisions with greater confidence.

You don’t need a perfectly planned wish list to get started. Just an idea of where you’d like to go, or how you’d like to feel when you get there.
